Each step creates a clear record of what was requested, what is included, what must be paid, and when the booking becomes final.

STEP 01
Choose your experience
Select a trek or activity, preferred date, trip type, and number of travellers. The displayed price is the starting package price unless stated otherwise.
STEP 02
Send a booking request
The website prepares a WhatsApp message with your contact and trip details. Sending it starts an enquiry—it does not reserve a place or create a payment.
STEP 03
We verify the plan
We check availability, departure status, group requirements, suitability, operating conditions, and any special request before accepting the booking.
STEP 04
Receive the written quotation
We confirm the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, total price, taxes or add-ons where applicable, advance amount, balance due date, and official payment instructions.
STEP 05
Pay the booking advance
Unless your written quotation states otherwise, the standard advance is 30% of the confirmed amount. Pay only after verifying the official instructions.
STEP 06
Receive written confirmation
Your place is confirmed only after we accept the booking, receive the required advance, and send a written confirmation or receipt with your booking details.

Important distinction

Request, payment, and confirmation are different.

Booking request

You have shared your preferred trip details. No place is reserved yet.

Payment submitted

You have sent the requested amount. We still verify and acknowledge it.

Booking confirmed

We have accepted the booking and sent written confirmation with the final trip details.

After confirmation

Prepare the traveller, not just the payment.

Sensitive safety information is not required in the first public enquiry. We request only what is reasonably needed after the trip and traveller details have been confirmed.

Traveller documents

We may request identity details, permit documents, age confirmation, and parent or guardian consent where required.

Safety information

Relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication, fitness information, and an emergency contact are requested only when needed for safe trip preparation.

Pre-departure pack

You receive the confirmed meeting point, reporting time, packing guidance, preparation notes, balance reminder, and important operational updates.

We do not ask you to place medical records, identity documents, emergency details, OTPs, PINs, or banking credentials in the initial website booking request. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation in plain language

Standard direct bookings have a free-cancellation window of 15 full days before departure, subject to disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs. Later cancellations follow the refund schedule.
